What are the H&S regulations?

The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1974 state:
“Every employer shall appoint one or more competent persons to assist him in undertaking the measures he needs to take to comply with the requirements and prohibitions imposed upon him by or under the relevant statutory provisions.”

As professional Health and Safety consultants, DBC Solutions act on your behalf, assuming the role of your ‘competent person’ as required by law.

Health and Safety Training

What does the training involve?

Our Health and Safety training courses given in a relaxed environment. Each learner is assessed throughout the training courses using a range of question and answer sessions, quizzes and engaging activities such as role-play. Each activity is designed to coach and support learners and give them the the skills and confidence to use first aid skills in a real life situation.

After completing a final assessment successful candidates receive an HSE approved certificate. Learners can update their skills by taking an annual refresher.

First Aid training has never been such a good craic! It was super informative, fun and practical. Felt at ease with Dave the minute we started and that stayed throughout.

Would recommend DBC to anyone needing a training course! Thanks so much Dave!
