Manual Handling Training
View upcoming open training course dates
Manual handling is the transporting or supporting of loads by hand or using bodily force. Injuries can happen when lifting or supporting heavy loads incorrectly.
More than a third of all over-three-day injuries reported each year to HSE and to local authorities are the result of incorrect manual handling, resulting in an average of 11 working days sickness each year. This training will ensure delegates understand the risk factors and how injuries can be avoided.

The Manual Handling Training Course will run for approximately 4 hours (1/2 Day).
